The 30-day sprint

How it works

One sprint, five phases, one written trail. You always know what was done, what it cost and what is next — because every phase ends with a document in your portal.

Phase 1 · Days 0–2

Kickoff and access

You subscribe on Whop and land back on our site to set a portal password. In the portal you fill in the kickoff questionnaire (offer, pricing, target market, current spend, goals) and grant us access to your Meta and Google accounts.

Deliverable: kickoff summary in your portal.

Phase 2 · Days 2–6

Deep-dive audit

We go through your accounts line by line: campaign structure, budget allocation, audience overlap, placements, creative fatigue, landing pages and conversion tracking. Then we write it up with a prioritised fix list.

Deliverable: written ad account audit.

Phase 3 · Days 6–12

Build and launch

Campaigns are rebuilt in your own account: structure, audiences, offers, budgets, tracking events and the first tests. You get the creative brief and the ad copy for the first batch, and we launch.

Deliverable: campaign build notes + creative brief and copy.

Phase 4 · Days 12–28

Weekly optimisation

Every week we work the account: shift budget to what converts, kill what does not, rotate fatigued creative, queue the next tests, and write it all up.

Deliverable: weekly written performance report.

Phase 5 · Days 28–30

Sprint review

A 30-day read-out: spend, cost per result, what changed, what we would do with the next 30 days — and a straight recommendation on whether to continue.

Deliverable: 30-day read-out.

Where the work happens

Delivery lives in your portal

Every phase produces something written, and everything written is published to https://rocketor.net/portal. Sign in with the email you used at checkout; your strategist publishes deliverables there as they are finished, and you can always see the current phase of the sprint.

Where billing lives

Whop handles the money

Whop processes the subscription, sends your receipts, stores your payment method and lets you cancel. Your portal links straight to your Whop billing page, so the two never get confused.

What we need from you

Ten minutes of setup

  • Ad account access (Meta Business Manager and/or Google Ads)
  • Your offer, pricing and any constraints
  • Existing creative or brand assets
  • Kickoff questionnaire answers

The weekly rhythm

Predictability is the point: you always know when you will hear from us.

Mon

Pacing check

Weekend performance reviewed, budgets set for the week ahead, anything broken fixed first.

Wed

Test cycle

New creative or audiences rotated in, losers paused, winners scaled carefully.

Fri

Written report

Spend, results, changes and next steps published to your portal. No call required.

Before you commit

What exactly do you sell?

A 30-day paid ads sprint for ecommerce stores and local service businesses. We audit your Meta and Google ad accounts, rebuild your campaigns, write the creative brief and ad copy for your first batch, then optimise every week and send you a written report. You subscribe monthly on Whop and can cancel any time.

What do I receive after payment?

Within the first weeks: a full written ad account audit, a launch-ready campaign build in your own ad account, a creative brief plus ad copy for your first creative batch, then a weekly optimisation pass and a written performance report every week. Everything is published in your client portal as it is completed.

You also receive a kickoff questionnaire the moment you subscribe, and a 30-day read-out at the end of the sprint telling you what worked, what we cut and what to do next.

Where do I access everything I bought?

Service delivery is at https://rocketor.net/portal — your client portal. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout (you set a password on the page Whop sends you back to after payment). Your audit, campaign plan, creative briefs and weekly reports live there, and you can submit your kickoff answers from the portal.

Billing is separate and stays on Whop: your subscription, receipts, invoices, card updates and cancellation are all handled from your Whop account, and your portal links straight to your Whop billing page.

How does billing work?

You subscribe on Whop. If your plan has a free trial you pay nothing until it ends, then your plan renews every 30 days at the price shown on the pricing page. You can cancel any time from Whop — access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do you need access to my ad accounts?

Yes. We work inside your Meta Business Manager and Google Ads account with the access level we agree at kickoff, so you keep ownership of your assets, data and history. If you would rather we work in an agency account, tell us at kickoff and we will set one up.

Do you guarantee results?

No honest agency can. What we guarantee is the work: the audit, the build, the creative brief, the weekly optimisation and the written report, delivered on schedule. Performance depends on your offer, pricing, market and budget, and we will tell you plainly if we think the numbers will not work.

What do you need from me to start?

Ad account access, your offer and pricing, any existing creative or brand assets, and answers to the kickoff questionnaire. That is it — most clients are set up the same day.

Start with the audit

Most clients see the fix list in week one. Everything after that is execution.
